Santa Letters FAQ

We have taken great care to ensure that your order will be processed in a timely manner to arrive in ample time to delight your child or children. We have included frequently asked questions about Santa's personalized letters with appropriate answers below.

1. When will the personalized letter from Santa be mailed?
   
   
   • Orders Placed Prior To December 5, 2008
     Orders received before and through December 5, 2008 will be processed December 6, 2008. The personalized letters and autographed photo are sent to the North Pole for an authentic North Pole, AK postmark. They are then sent to your child(ren). This process generally takes 8 to 10 days depending on the US Postal Service.
     
     
   • Orders Placed After December 5, 2008
     Orders received after December 5, 2008 will not receive an authentic North Pole, AK postmark. These orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.
   
   
2. How long will it take for the letter to arrive?
   
   
   • Orders Placed Prior To December 5, 2008
     For orders placed before and through December 5, 2008 that receive the authentic North Pole, AK postmark, the process generally takes 8 to 10 days depending on the US Postal Service and your location from the North Pole.
     
     
   • Orders Placed After December 5, 2008
     For orders placed after December 5, 2008, it should take between 3 to 7 business days to be delivered depending on the Postal Service. Letters will be sent from Michigan.
   
   
3. What if my letter does not arrive within the expected time period?
   
   
   • Orders Placed Prior To December 6, 2008
     Santa has taken great care to ensure that your letter will be delivered with the authentic North Pole, AK postmark in time. However, he is unable to monitor postal services. If you ordered your letter before December 6, 2008 and it has not arrived by December 23, please contact us and a replacement will be processed.
     
     
   • Orders Placed After December 5, 2008
     If you ordered your letter after December 5, 2008, please allow 7 days for delivery due to the busy holiday season at the postal services. If the letter has not arrived after the full seven days from the date you placed your order, please contact us and a replacement will be processed.
   
   
4. When is the last day to safely order a letter?
   
   
   • Please place your order(s) before and through December 12, 2008. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for those orders received after December 12, 2008.
   
   
5. Is there a guarantee?
